Điều khoản sử dụng
Áp dụng cho ứng dụng Veanix Office. Cập nhật ngày 13/10/2026.
1. Dịch vụ
Veanix Office cung cấp các nhân viên AI giúp chủ cửa hàng soạn bài đăng, câu trả lời khách, ảnh, kế hoạch và báo cáo. Nhân viên AI chỉ soạn bản nháp; anh chị là người duyệt và quyết định có dùng hay không.
2. Tài khoản
Anh chị đăng nhập bằng email và chịu trách nhiệm giữ an toàn tài khoản. Một số tính năng và hạn mức sử dụng tuỳ theo tài khoản của anh chị.
3. Gói dịch vụ và gia hạn tự động
- Hạng Miễn phí có hạn mức lượt việc mỗi tháng. Các gói trả phí (Khởi đầu, Chuyên nghiệp, Tăng trưởng) mua ngay trong ứng dụng qua App Store hoặc Google Play; tiền được trừ vào tài khoản Apple hoặc Google của anh chị khi xác nhận mua.
- Gói tự gia hạn mỗi tháng với cùng giá, trừ khi anh chị tắt tự gia hạn ít nhất 24 giờ trước khi kỳ hiện tại kết thúc. Tiền kỳ mới được trừ trong vòng 24 giờ trước khi kỳ hiện tại kết thúc.
- Anh chị quản lý hoặc huỷ gói trong phần cài đặt tài khoản App Store hay Google Play (hoặc nút Quản lý gói trong ứng dụng). Huỷ thì gói vẫn dùng tới hết kỳ đã trả, sau đó về hạng Miễn phí. Xoá tài khoản Veanix Office không tự huỷ gói trên App Store hay Google Play.
- Lượt việc chưa dùng hết không cộng dồn sang kỳ sau. Nâng gói có hiệu lực ngay, phần chênh lệch do Apple hoặc Google tính.
- Hoàn tiền theo chính sách của Apple hoặc Google; gói đã được hoàn tiền kết thúc ngay.
4. Nội dung do AI tạo
Nội dung do AI tạo có thể sai, thiếu hoặc chưa phù hợp. Anh chị cần đọc lại trước khi đăng hay gửi cho khách. Anh chị chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung mình đăng, gửi hoặc dùng, kể cả giá, khuyến mãi và cam kết với khách.
5. Thông tin anh chị cung cấp
Anh chị giữ quyền với thông tin, hình ảnh và nội dung của cửa hàng. Anh chị cho phép Veanix xử lý các nội dung đó để cung cấp dịch vụ, như mô tả trong Chính sách quyền riêng tư. Chỉ tải lên nội dung mà anh chị có quyền sử dụng.
6. Không được dùng để
- Tạo nội dung lừa đảo, sai sự thật về sản phẩm, xâm phạm quyền của người khác hay trái pháp luật Việt Nam.
- Gửi tin rác, mạo danh người hay tổ chức khác.
- Tìm cách phá hoại, dò quét hay vượt giới hạn của hệ thống.
Chúng tôi có thể tạm khoá tài khoản vi phạm.
7. Chấm dứt
Anh chị có thể ngừng dùng và xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào trong ứng dụng. Dữ liệu được xoá như mô tả trong Chính sách quyền riêng tư.
8. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Dịch vụ được cung cấp theo hiện trạng. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Veanix không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp phát sinh từ việc dùng nội dung do AI tạo mà anh chị đã duyệt và sử dụng.

Terms of Use

1. The service
Veanix Office provides AI staff that help shop owners draft posts, customer replies, images, plans and reports. The AI staff only prepare drafts; you review them and decide whether to use them.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email and are responsible for keeping your account secure. Some features and usage limits depend on your account.
3. Plans and auto-renewal
- The Free tier includes a monthly number of tasks. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Scale) are purchased in the app through the App Store or Google Play; payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- Plans renew automatically every month at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your plan in your App Store or Google Play account settings (or with Manage plan in the app). If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then you move to the Free tier. Deleting your Veanix Office account does not cancel a plan on the App Store or Google Play.
- Unused tasks do not carry over to the next period. Upgrades take effect immediately; any price difference is handled by Apple or Google.
- Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies; a refunded plan ends immediately.
4. AI-generated content
AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Review it before you post it or send it to customers. You are responsible for what you post, send or use, including prices, promotions and promises to customers.
5. Your information
You keep your rights to your shop's information, images and content. You allow Veanix to process that content to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Upload only content you have the right to use.
6. Not allowed
- Creating fraudulent or misleading content about products, content that infringes others' rights, or content that breaks Vietnamese law.
- Sending spam or impersonating other people or organisations.
- Attempting to disrupt, probe or bypass the limits of the system.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Ending use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in the app. Data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Veanix is not liable for indirect damages arising from AI-generated content that you approved and used.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Questions go to support@veanix-ai.com.
