Xoá tài khoản Veanix Office
Ứng dụng Veanix Office của VEANIX COMPANY LIMITED.
Cách 1: ngay trong ứng dụng (xoá liền)
- Mở Veanix Office, đăng nhập.
- Vào tab Tài khoản, kéo xuống cuối.
- Bấm Xoá tài khoản rồi xác nhận Xoá vĩnh viễn.
Cách 2: gửi email (khi không còn ứng dụng)
Gửi email từ chính địa chỉ anh chị dùng để đăng nhập tới support@veanix-ai.com, tiêu đề "Xoá tài khoản Veanix Office". Chúng tôi xác nhận và xoá trong vòng 7 ngày.
Dữ liệu bị xoá
Tài khoản (email, tên, số điện thoại), các cửa hàng anh chị sở hữu cùng toàn bộ hồ sơ shop, sản phẩm, việc đã giao, tin nhắn với nhân viên AI, bản nháp, lịch làm việc, tin mới của shop, ảnh đã tải lên, kết nối mạng xã hội và phiên đăng nhập.
Dữ liệu còn giữ lại một thời gian
- Bản sao lưu cơ sở dữ liệu: tối đa 30 ngày, sau đó tự mất.
- Nhật ký máy chủ (thời điểm, địa chỉ IP, lỗi): tối đa 14 ngày.
Chúng tôi không giữ lại dữ liệu nào khác sau khi xoá.
Delete your Veanix Office account
The Veanix Office app by VEANIX COMPANY LIMITED.
Option 1: in the app (immediate)
- Open Veanix Office and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account and confirm Delete permanently.
Option 2: by email (if you no longer have the app)
Email support@veanix-ai.com from the address you sign in with, subject "Delete my Veanix Office account". We confirm and delete within 7 days.
Data that is deleted
Your account (email, name, phone number), the shops you own with all shop profiles, products, tasks, messages with the AI staff, drafts, routines, shop news, uploaded images, social connections and sign-in sessions.
Data kept for a limited time
- Database backups: up to 30 days, then gone.
- Server logs (time, IP address, errors): up to 14 days.
We keep no other data after deletion.
